These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Nottaii
application ("the App"), operated by Quantiq ("we", "us", "our"). By
downloading, installing, or using Nottaii, you accept these Terms in
their entirety.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Nottaii, you confirm that:
You have read and accepted these Terms
You have read and accepted our Privacy Policy
You are at least 16 years of age
You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Nottaii is a productivity application that uses artificial intelligence
to convert audio, video, and photo recordings into structured notes. The
service includes:
Audio and video recording
Photo upload for processing
Automatic AI transcription
Structured summary generation
Note storage and management
Push notifications about processing status
3. User Accounts
You need an account to use Nottaii, created through Google Sign-In or
Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your access credentials with third parties.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your
account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Credits and Purchases System
4.1 Credits
Nottaii operates on a credit system. 1 credit = 1 minute of processed
recording (rounded up).
Photos consume 1 credit per processed image.
Purchased credits are linked to your account and are not transferable
to other accounts.
Credits do not expire while your account is active.
4.2 Credit Purchases
Credits are purchased through in-app purchases via the App Store (iOS)
or Google Play (Android).
Prices are displayed in your app store's local currency.
Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where
required by applicable law.
Purchases are processed through the app stores and are subject to
their respective refund policies.
4.3 Unlimited Subscription
Nottaii offers a monthly subscription that grants unlimited processing
("Unlimited").
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly
period unless you cancel.
To cancel: You must disable automatic renewal from
your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before
the end of the current period.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel from your app store settings.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features
until the end of the paid period.
If you previously had credits, your credit balance is preserved upon
canceling the subscription.
4.4 Free Credits
We grant free welcome credits to new users.
We may offer additional credits through promotions.
We reserve the right to modify the amount of free credits at any time.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify the prices of credits and subscriptions
at any time.
We will notify you of price changes with reasonable advance notice
through the App.
If you do not wish to pay the new prices, you may cancel your
subscription before the change takes effect.
4.6 Refunds
App Store purchases: If you are eligible for a
refund, you must request it directly from Apple at
https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play purchases: If you are eligible for a
refund, you must request it directly from Google through Google Play.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the corresponding app store.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
Your content is yours. You retain all intellectual
property rights to the recordings, transcriptions, and summaries
generated from your content.
By using Nottaii, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable
license to process your content exclusively for the purpose of
providing you the service (transcription, summary, storage).
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you record and upload to Nottaii.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including the recording
consent laws of your jurisdiction. You must not use the App to:
Record conversations without the consent of participants when required
by law
Process illegal, defamatory, threatening, or offensive content
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
5.3 Accuracy of AI-Generated Content
Transcriptions and summaries are generated by artificial intelligence
and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of
generated content for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content
before making decisions based on it.
5.4 Deletion
You may delete your content at any time from the App.
When you delete a note, the associated recording, transcription, and
summary are deleted from our servers.
6. Acceptable Use
By using Nottaii, you agree not to:
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with the operation of the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service
Use the App to send spam or unsolicited content
Intentionally overload our servers
Circumvent the credit system limitations
Use the service to directly compete with Nottaii
Use the service for any illegal purpose
7. Intellectual Property
Nottaii, including its design, code, logos, and brand, is the property
of Quantiq.
No license is granted over our intellectual property beyond the right
to use the App according to these Terms.
"Nottaii" is a trademark of Quantiq.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Nottaii available continuously, but we do not
guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects the
service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of
the service with reasonable advance notice.
We will not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors
outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nottaii is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of
any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of
transcriptions and summaries generated by AI.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount you have
paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD $100,
whichever is greater.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the
claim is brought.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantiq and its officers,
employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights
The content you upload or process through the App
Your violation of applicable laws, including recording consent laws
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt
to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at
info@quantiqapps.com. We
commit to responding within 30 days.
11.2 Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved informally, both parties agree to submit
it to binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted on an
individual basis — you may not participate in class actions or
representative lawsuits against Quantiq.
11.3 Opt-Out Right
If you do not wish to be subject to the arbitration clause, you may opt
out by sending an email to
info@quantiqapps.com within 31
days of creating your account. Opting out does not affect your ability
to use Nottaii.
12. Termination
12.1 By the user
You may stop using Nottaii at any time.
You may request deletion of your account and all your data by
contacting us at
info@quantiqapps.com.
Upon requesting deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within
30 days.
12.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We may terminate your account for prolonged inactivity (more than 12
months), with 30 days' prior notice.
In the event of termination due to violation, unused credits will not
be refunded.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically.
We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email
at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of Nottaii after the changes constitutes your acceptance
of the new Terms.
If you do not accept the new terms, you must stop using the App.
14. General Provisions
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws
of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
EEA residents may invoke the consumer protection laws of their country
of residence.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is
found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
remain in effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the
Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and
Quantiq regarding the use of Nottaii.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under
these Terms without our prior consent. Quantiq may assign these Terms
in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Waiver: Failure to exercise a right under these Terms
does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Force majeure: We will not be liable for failure to
fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
